These cookie dough bites are made without egg and other ingredients that help the cookies rise and bake properly, so no, I wouldn’t bake these cookie dough bites.

These cookie dough bites have no raw egg and the flour has been cooked. So yes, they are perfectly safe to eat!! Feed them to your friends and family without worry.
What do you need to make Cookie Dough Bites:
Flour
Brown sugar
Granulated sugar
Butter
Vanilla
Salt
And of course, chocolate chips!

How to Make Cookie Dough Bites
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly pour the flour on it. Bake for about 5-8 minutes. Let it cool.

- Beat together butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

- Add in vanilla and salt and cooled flour.
- Stir in chocolate chips.

- Roll into desired size. Makes about 10 bites depending on the size.

- If you want, refrigerate the bites for 15 minutes before serving.
Ways to eat these delicious cookie dough bites:
- Serve crumbled in ice cream or just set on top
- Eat by themselves because they are that good!
- Eat with pudding
- Use as a topping for your favourite breakfast bowl, overnight oats, or in a smoothie bowl if you want a little extra sweet!
Other things to know when making this recipe:
Cookie dough bites last about 3-4 days if not refrigerated but you can keep them for about a week in the fridge.
This recipe can be doubled or even quadrupled if you want!
Cookie dough bites also freeze well! Just make sure to take them out an hour or so before you want to eat them so they can thaw!
