Not that these delicious things will last that long, but make sure you eat them within 3-4 days.
Can I make these without jars?
Yes, the jars are just a “look”. You can make it in ramekins, little bowls or a big bowl or a dish or a pan, whatever you choose!
What can I use for toppings on my no bake cheesecakes?
I am so glad you asked me this! Where do I even begin? For toppings, you can use fresh berries with or without whipped cream. Caramel or chocolate sauce is a yummy option. Did I mention whipped cream? Nuts and chocolate. Cherries and whipped cream. Go crazy and see what you come up with!
Do I need to refrigerate these before serving?
No, you don’t have to. I mean honestly you’re probably going to want to eat them all right away, especially after licking the spoon filled with creamy goodness. But, they do taste really good after they’ve sat for awhile in the fridge. However, if you’re in a rush, you can easily serve them right away.

This recipe serves 8 but it can be easily adjusted to serve more or less. It’s pretty flexible and easy to add a little of this and a little of that to make more or just do less if you only want to make a few!
I don’t want to use white sugar, what can I do?
You can just simply substitute the sugar for honey until it’s sweet enough for you! Or use your own sweetener of your choice!
How can I make this recipe gluten free?
Unfortunately, graham crackers are made with flour, so they aren’t gluten free! But I wouldn’t want to deprive you of this sweet treat simply because you are gluten free. There are some brands of gluten free graham crackers or you can make your own. OR! Simply, use your favourite gluten free cookie as the base. Just crush it and use the crumbs!
I don’t have a food processor, what can I do?
You can use an electric mixer or beater instead!
What should my jars look like when they’re all finished?
If you’re visual like me, here is a visual aid of what your finished product should look like. Then, you just pop the lid on till you’re ready to top and serve!
Easy No Bake Cheesecake Jars
Equipment
- food processor
- 8 6 oz mason jars
Ingredients
Filling:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cups greek yogurt
- 2 cups cream cheese
Crumb Base:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Use your food processor to blend together cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add honey and sugar and mix well.
- When it's all mixed and creamy, set aside.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and a few tablespoons of melted butter. You want the crumb mixture to be still dry but slightly darker in color.
- Grease the bottom of your jars lightly with melted butter. I do this by pouring some melted butter into the jar and then dumping it back out so there is a thin coating on the bottom of the jar.
- Scoop some crumbs into the bottom of the jars about 1/4 way full.
- Add the filling until it's to the lip of the jar.
- Place lids on top and refrigerate until you're ready to top and serve!
