Ingredients
1cupbutter, melted
1/2cup white sugar
1/2cup brown sugar
1tspvanilla
3 cups flour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
2teaspoons cinnamon
1teaspoonnutmeg
2/3cup eggnog
Sugar Coating
1/3cup white sugar
2teaspoonscinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter and mix well with both sugars. Add vanilla
In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients together.
Pour the dry ingredients into the sugar mixture and add the eggnog.
Mix well.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the coating.
Make balls with about a tablespoon of cookie dough for each one. (Or teaspoon for smaller cookies.) Roll in the coating.
Place on a greased cookie sheet or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
