How to Make Belgian Pancakes

Belgian pancakes are an easy recipe idea for breakfast, snack or dessert!

You will need: milk egg flour butter salt vanilla sparkling water

Step 1: Whisk together the milk and eggs.

Step 2:  Whisk in the flour, stirring constantly so lumps don't form.

Step 4: Add vanilla, salt, melted butter and sparkling water.

Step 5: Whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate batter for 30 minutes.

Step 6: Pour about a 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot skillet and swirl the pan around to make a flat pancake.

Step 7: Cook the pancake until bubbles appear and then flip. Cook for about 30-60 seconds more.
