Easy No Bake Cheesecake Jars

A simple 15-minute recipe for no bake cheesecake in cute little jars! Perfect for bringing to events, feeding the family, birthday treats and so much more!

Equipment

  • food processor
  • 8 6 oz mason jars

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 cups cream cheese

Crumb Base:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Use your food processor to blend together cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Add honey and sugar and mix well.
  • When it's all mixed and creamy, set aside.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and a few tablespoons of melted butter. You want the crumb mixture to be still dry but slightly darker in color.
  • Grease the bottom of your jars lightly with melted butter. I do this by pouring some melted butter into the jar and then dumping it back out so there is a thin coating on the bottom of the jar.
  • Scoop some crumbs into the bottom of the jars about 1/4 way full.
  • Add the filling until it's to the lip of the jar.
  • Place lids on top and refrigerate until you're ready to top and serve!
