A simple 15-minute recipe for no bake cheesecake in cute little jars! Perfect for bringing to events, feeding the family, birthday treats and so much more!
Use your food processor to blend together cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add honey and sugar and mix well.
When it's all mixed and creamy, set aside.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and a few tablespoons of melted butter. You want the crumb mixture to be still dry but slightly darker in color.
Grease the bottom of your jars lightly with melted butter. I do this by pouring some melted butter into the jar and then dumping it back out so there is a thin coating on the bottom of the jar.
Scoop some crumbs into the bottom of the jars about 1/4 way full.
Add the filling until it's to the lip of the jar.
Place lids on top and refrigerate until you're ready to top and serve!
