Hamburger Vegetable Soup Recipe
A delicious hamburger soup recipe filled with veggies (and room for switching them up!) It's easy to make, takes less than an hour, is kid friendly, and everyone loves it!

1 lb hamburger 1 onion 3 cloves garlic 3 teaspoons taco seasoning 3 teaspoons salt 2 bay leaves 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper adjust to your heat liking 3 teaspoons dried parsley 2 carrots, chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 8 oz mushrooms, chopped 4-5 cups water 28 oz can of diced tomatoes 1 8 oz can tomato soup Garnish, optional 1/2 cup pickles chopped 3/4 cup shredded cheese
Finely chop onions and mince or press garlic.
Brown hamburger in a frying pan on medium heat with spices, onions and garlic.
Chop carrots, peppers, celery and mushrooms. I like to chop mine more on the smaller side.
Add vegetables, cooked hamburger, and rest of ingredients into a large pot.
Simmer on low-medium heat until vegetables are soft and flavours have blended together.
Serve warm with shredded cheese and pickles as garnish if desired.
