Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe
An easy to make, delicious to eat, cute to look at, with a fudgy center chocolate cookie!
Servings 3 dozen cookies
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4-1/2 cup icing sugar for rolling the dough in
Measure the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, stir together oil, cocoa and sugar.
Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well with each addition.
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
Refrigerate for at least 1-3 hours, overnight if possible.
Roll cold dough into balls (I made them 30 grams) and then roll in powdered sugar.
Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
