Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • fresh corriander, to taste
  • 1/4 cucumber, very thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onion, very thinly sliced
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Very thinly slice cucumber and onion.
  • Mix together salt, cumin and yogurt. Add cucumber and onion and stir together. 
  • Add coriander as desired. 
  • Serve with naan bread or as a side to your favourite dish.
