Creamed Ham and Eggs

- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup cooked ham
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut into fourths
Melt butter on low heat in a sauce pan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Stir in milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
Turn down heat and gently stir in eggs and ham.
Serve warm over biscuits or toast.
