Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

A perfect healthy breakfast option with so many different options!

Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen berries/cherries
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk of your choice almond, regular, coconut, soy
  • 1 banana frozen

Toppings:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Blend banana and berries together in a blender.
  • Add milk as needed, but make sure it doesn't become to thin or the toppings won't stay on top.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your topping choices.
