Easy Roasted Asparagus

A way to make asparagus that is both easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 asparagus bunch
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Optional:

  • garlic
  • grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 
  • Trim the asparagus ends. 
  • Place the asparagus into a mixing bowl with olive oil.
  • Toss to coat the spears and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  •  Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 12-15 minutes or until tender.
