Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 spaghetti squash

Instructions

  • Cut your spaghetti squash in half, length wise, using a very sharp knife.
  • Scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
  • Drizzle olive oil all over the squash flesh and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place your squash in your air fryer basket, cut side up.
  • Cook at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
  • If you find it starts getting dark on the top, flip the squash over and continue cooking.
  • Fluff with a fork and serve however you wish!
