Cookie Dough Bites

Cookie dough bites are quick and easy to make, perfect to add to ice cream, and best of all, completely safe to eat as there is no raw egg!

Ingredients

  • 1 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter + 1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly pour the flour on it.
  • Bake the flour for about 5-8 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Beat together the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add in the vanilla, salt and cooled flour.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll into desired size cookie dough bites. Makes about 10 bites depending on the size.
  • If you want, refrigerate the bites for 15 minutes before serving.
