Chocolate Chip Cookies with Maple Syrup
These chocolate chip cookies with maple syrup are healthy but so tasty! They have no butter, no sugar and are vegan friendly. They are freezer friendly, super easy to make, and loved by all!

1 cup almond flour 1 3/4 cups spelt flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup dark chocolate chips 2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons vanilla 2/3 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk together spelt flour, salt, baking soda, and almond flour.
In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, oil, and vanilla.
Pour the liquid ingredients into your dry ingredients.
Mix well, adding the chocolate chips in.
Cookie dough will be on the wetter side. Drop by tablespoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool slightly on the pan before transferring to cooling racks to cool completely.
