- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetned cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips divided
Place a rack in the center or your oven and then preheat oven to 350 F.
Line 2 8 × 8 pans with parchment paper or a 9 × 13 pan.
In a food processor, place avocadoes, eggs, sugar, maple syrup, butter and vanilla.
Process until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for chocolate chips. Process until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Scrape the batter into pan/pans (use half of batter for each pan if using 8×8!). Smooth out the batter evenly.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and bake for 25 minutes.
Place pan on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Then, lift the brownies out using the parchment paper.
