Beef Stroganoff Meatballs Recipe
A different take on beef stroganoff, easy and delicious!

Servings 24 meatballs
Meatballs:
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Butter
Sauce:
- 4 Tablespoon butter
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons water
- salt and pepper
Garnish:
- 4 Tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- parmesan cheese, if desired
Mix all meatball ingredients except butter in a bowl.
Form into 24 meatballs.
Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the meatballs until cooked through.
Slice mushrooms and onion.
Remove meatballs when fully cooked.
Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic until onions are soft and mushrooms are golden.
Remove from pan and add the beef broth and whisk in sour cream.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small dish till combined. Pour into pan.
Add meatballs and fried mushrooms and onions back to the pan. Simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally as it thickens.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
