Cube chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix together olive oil and spices in a large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat it all. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, you can use this time to make homemade tzatziki sauce if that’s what your doing. Or if you’re using store bought, you can prep your veggies and get everything else ready.

Chop cucumbers, slice tomatoes in half, crumble feta cheese, chop lettuce (if using) or assemble the base of the bowl (rice, quinoa, etc.) You can also heat some Greek pita while waiting.

Cook chicken over medium heat with oil. Once nicely browned and no longer pink, you can assemble the bowl!

Easy Greek Chicken Tzatziki Bowl Recipe
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons olive oil plus extra for cooking
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cucumbers
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes
- 7 oz feta cheese
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce or your choice more if desired
- fresh dill or chives garnish, if desired
- 4 greek pitas optional
- Cube chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Mix oil and chicken with spices in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Chop lettuce, half tomatoes and chop cucumbers.
- Cook chicken on medium heat in oil until no longer pink and nicely browned.
- Assemble bowls. Place lettuce in the bottom and add chicken and veggies.
- Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle over top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with Greek pita if desired.
