Can I use a food processor instead of a blender to make a smoothie bowl?
A blender is the best option but a food processor will work too!
I don’t have any frozen bananas can I still make Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl?
It is best to use frozen bananas for smoothie bowls. It’s good to keep a few bananas frozen so they are handy to grab anytime you want to make a bowl! However, if you just stumbled across this recipe and you don’t have any frozen bananas but still really want to make this. Then try it with a firm yellow banana. I made it with a non frozen banana and it turned out fine! You might add a bit of ice or less milk to make it thick!
What will happen if my smoothie is runny?
If you smoothie is runny then the toppings won’t stay on top but sink into the smoothie! If you want to make it thicker, add some ice or more frozen fruit! And only add the milk if you find the blender isn’t processing the frozen stuff well.
