Banana Berry Bread Recipe
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 8′ by 8′ cake pan.
- Beat sugar and butter together.
- Add vanilla and eggs.
- Beat in bananas and milk.
- Add dry ingredients and mix together.
- Lightly flour berries, add them to bowl and stir gently.
- Bake at 350F for 30 mins and turn down to 325F for an additional 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let sit for 15 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
